So often you come across people that treat you like a number or make you feel unimportant. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Edwards from the social security administration office in Albany, Ga. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant. She answered questions that have been troubling me for weeks. She told me what to expect and when to expect it. I honestly felt less stressed and at ease with things. When people go into another chapter of their life whether it's due to health issues or just retirement it should not be a stressful transition. Thank you. Ms. Edwards. Bless you.

I spoke with Mr.Hughes on 3/15/2021. I must say it was a very pleasant call as he was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done and suggested ways that I could get it done. Mr, Hughes was not only efficient but he also made me laugh when I was having a bad morning. He advised me to leave him a voicemail if he did not pick up and I did and he called me back within 10-15 minutes. I was very pleased with his service.....it is not often you get someone knowledgeable, helpful and kind, but Mr.Hughes is all of that and more! Thank you for all that you do ... keep up the exceptional work

I've gone online to to the Social Security Administration to apply for benefits and filled out the application for retiring, I have not submitted it. I no longer want to apply online, instead I would much rather come into the local Albany, Ga. Office where I can identify with a human being instead. Sincerely, Victor Washington. Please set me up with an appointment soon, Thank you.

Supervisor won’t return calls and window workers do not know what they’re doing each giving a different explanation for why my benefits are over a month late. I applied for QMB program in June 2019 and have paperwork from DEFACS stating I am eligible from July 2019 through June 2020. Social security has continued to take out $135.00 per month since I qualified for the program. I was told by social security that this was a problem with many people and they did not know what the problem was. Why can't they find out? They have taken money out of my account for 6 months and nobody from DEFACS or Social Security can tell me why.
