I have tried to call numerous times over a period of weeks and can not get through. I am requesting an appointment as soon as possible. I sent all requested documents and your sent them back saying it was a photo copy which it wasn't, Bucks county issued the marriage certification, it is what they use. You SS could have used the QR code on the document to further verify that it was indeed an official document, I have tried 3 times to get this changed, including driving around without my license which I sent you for a month.

Allentown Social Security Office can be helpful or can be rude depending on the employee. However, I've been given the run around and I have witnesses to prove this as well. The woman today was very rude. This entitlement, SSDI, Social Security Disability Income, is what I paid into and it's not SSI or Social Security Income which is a State program and in simplified terms, 'Welfare.' 7/17/2018 recalculation of my disability award was sent to the 'Processing Center.' 12/4/2018 - Mrs. ***** was extremely rude and when I asked if I can schedule an appointment she said, ' No. You don't need to come here. It's being looked at.' She must also be an attorney as she gave legal advice on the situation saying, 'Your attorney can be wrong and it doesn't mean they are going to change anything.' So, her legal advice contradicts the Federal Government's formula for calculating social security offset. Basically, she was also inferring that the workers comp attorney and the workers comp Adjudication Judge who resided on the compromise & release agreement settlement must have coerced me into accepting a settlement which would leave at a deficit of $1000.+ per month. So, that would mean both are unethical and I should report them to the Legal Bar Association. When I asked who is working on this recalculation which I knew but tested her knowledge she stated that it is the processing center. I asked how do I contact the processing center. In a terse reply she stated, 'You can't! contact them!' 'It's being looked at.' In October, Allentown Social Security office said, 'They're working on it.' In September when I called the Social Security main number I was told, 'They have 60 business days from when it was received 7/17/2018 at the processing center.' That would mean October 5th was 60 business days. I've been getting the run around since since October 9th when 60 business days have passed. Social Security Administration employees need to be evaluated and then terminated as they are useless and a waste of taxpayers dollars. They will get a pension when they retire. They don't deserve it.
I had to visit the SSI yesterday about an over payment, the first women I dealt with was absolutely impossible to deal with. I then spoke to the manager on duty and she was the BEST she directed me to a person named WIll Ramos. Will was very professional and absolutely delightful to work with. He solved all my issues that he could at that time. I was very satisfied dealing with him. Thanks for all you GREAT HELP WILL Bob
