Why is it absolutely impossible to speak with someone in this offce? I've tried so many times but they don't have an actual waiting system with their phone prompts. Please make it so that people can actually speak with someone.

Mailed in a request for an update to my social security card over a month ago. No response at all and the office is not answering the phone.

I have been trying to receive a refund for an over-payment of a Medicare premium bill made for my husband, who passed away before using it. I can't figure out what is going on. I shouldn't have to wait 9 months to receive a refund or to even receive an acknowledgement from a federal agency. Is there someone there that can give me some answers?

Have been trying to get ahold of this office for a few days now. I sent my drivers license in along with my application for a new social security card over 2 weeks ago. I have not received anything in the mail and the call center (the only way to speak to an actual person) says my claim hasn't been started at all. Its been almost 3 weeks now without an ID, this is ridiculous and nothing is being done.

What is the cost to replace a social security card?

  8. Jun 7, 2021

Hello, I am divorced and have just changed my driver's license to my maiden name, I need to know what I need to do to change on my SS Card, but I am also getting married in September 2021, so I will have to change it again, what is the best way to get this taken care of?

  9. Jun 2, 2021

They don't answer their phones. Unforgivable since you cannot enter the building, so basically you cannot schedule an appointment or follow up on anything. Their office manager should be fired.

  10. May 17, 2021

I need to get Social Security Form 2458 signed in order to move to Panama. Form 2458 will be signed by a manager at Social Security to verify that your earnings statement is accurate. Do I need an appointment for this?

These people are bottom of the barrel and breaking the law. The simple truth is they don’t want to do their job. Schedule appointments and do the job you’re getting paid to do.

  14. Apr 12, 2021

    When are you reopening please?

  15. Apr 10, 2021

Need investigation on paperwork not being properly handled. Poor workers and not professional to work with the disabled.

  16. Apr 6, 2021

Poor workers. Lack communication with 'us'. The people. 2021 staff workers still bringing personal problems to work and mishandling Us. The people need professional hands. 2021 errors here we go again. Staff swapping numbers not paperwork. Computer errors they say. No good workers. 2021

  17. Apr 6, 2021

Poor services. Still fighting for my child last back payment. Had to fight for the other 3 installments. Office worker made error. Monthly payment and dedicated account swapped and i got red flagged. Worker did that after a disagreement with me. Child is held accountable for staff office error.

  18. Apr 2, 2021

Should have reopened by now, govt places open with masks.

  19. Apr 1, 2021

How is it legal to send in my original drivers license and still continue to drive? Is there a better option then sending in my only form of identification to get my name changed after being married? This is not a safe practice AT ALL!

  20. Mar 22, 2021

The fact you believe that people will send in their only copies of their identification and you ask us to provide an addressed paid with tracking return envelope is ridiculous! Open the office with covid precautions and let us make appointments. The woman on the phone was the least helpful person I have ever spoken to and had no other options is ridiculous. Every other office has figure out how to open in the last year!

  21. Mar 18, 2021

I submitted my benefits several weeks again. How can I find out where my disabilities benefits stand in the process.

  22. Feb 8, 2021

Should open with strict covid precautions. Need name change and can't be without my license for 3+ months while processing. Major impact problems with name confusion.. with bills, checks, insurance, doctors dentists.
