Estoy tratando de comunicarme pero no he tenido suerte de que me respondan, necesito una cita para cambiar mi nombre de mi seguro.
This location is awful. I’ve called numerous times trying to replace a stolen social security card and have been told they only have one person who comes in “a few times a week for dire circumstances”. I tried replacing it online but it couldn’t verify my address, customer service guy told me to “keep trying because the system is glitchy”…now I’m locked out. I’m filing a complaint with the SS Administration. I was referred by this office to try “Bakersfield East or Delano office”. When I tried those offices they said that they (the people at this office) should not have done that. I’m supposed to get a call from a supervisor in 4-6 weeks…my electricity will be shut off by then. I can’t believe this is a government office and I’m being basically ignored by people who won’t do there job.
Hello I want to get a appointment in person like that I can get replacement of my SSN

Hello! I try to log in my acc. But i forget my passwords and user name i try too many time then it lock me out. Please help what i have to do. Thank you very much. Or can i come to your office in person ?
I mailed in a SS-5 for my daughter with documents that was requested to prove her identity and my relation to her on November 12th. And I STILL have nothing back so far. There seriously has to be a better way with handling and processing this stuff.
You guys still don’t believe me I’m disability, just because I walked normal.
My disability benefits got canceled because i missed my evaluation appointment. I want to see if i can make an appointment to get evaluated so i can get them back.
I still haven't received my daughter's social security number and she was born in April how do I track it , or do I have to apply again, or do I need a number to call someone?
I think that some of the workers and their supervisors should be fired for incompetence. I have a trust account and my benefits were supposed to be held for two months. After the two months were up and my benefits were not reinstated, I called to find out why and was told I need to turn in more paperwork. They had two months to request this but chose not to and now I’m at risk of having my utilities cut off because of this. I don’t think that we should have to pay for their incompetence!! There should be something we could do and they should be held accountable.
