My 13 year old grandson's last surviving parent has died. How does he apply for SSA survivor benefits?
I applied for Part B Medicare. This is one month and I have not heard anything about receiving these forms or the status of the application. I tried calling the office 11 times so far this am and always obtained a busy signal. I was told to do all this in lieu of making an appointment in person as I wanted to do.
Is the office open and can we schedule an appointment?
