Good evening, I become an American citizen , and I need to change my status of citizen instead of permanent resident on my social security, What do I need to do? Thank you
This is probably the best customer service in town! Always have an answer and go the distance for you. Can't say enough good things about the people there.
I just got off the phone with a representative. Sad to say I could tell by the time in her voice that she was stressed and rushing through the call because there were other people holding. I did relay to her to be mindful that those of us waiting to finally get through are happy to talk with someone and that her demeanor was VERY noticeable in her voice. I was kind and respectful when I said this to her. My hope is that she takes note but also that when I have my appointment next month that I am presented with someone who is professional and understands that most of us retiring will have BILLION questions and is our first time dealing with this versus an employee who hears these same questions a TRILLION times. I’ve always had a good experience otherwise except for today. Wish I could give her a hug and ask her to take a deep breath. We are all human.
Once I get through they are great. But lately, I haven’t been able to reach a person no matter how many times I call at different times throughout the day.
I wanted to congratulate you on the extraordinary performance of two of your employees. I live out of The United States and I had lost my Social Security card and access to my Internet account. Two young gentleman by the name of Sebastien and Pete for most helpful. Thanks again
Called, waited 5 minutes, problem solved. Nice young man helped me. Terrific!
The girls on the phone were so kind and helpful but the guard is so mean! He definitely wants to feel powerful as he makes his demands. He is one of those small people who try to feel powerful knowing you can’t go anywhere else you have to get help there! He was extremely offended, I wanted to wear my own mask instead of the one offered! It’s a mask sitting open to exposure from anyone else going in and out! Including his hands. I have two failing parents and cannot afford to takes risks with being exposed to any kind of sickness right now. Just because I choose to wear my own it doesn’t give you the right to treat me as if I am a criminal. Worst service ever and I have spent HOURS at the MVD. Compared to him that was a dream. I just needed to make a drop in the Dropbox!
Answered quickly- very helpful.
What a positive experience. I can't recommend giving them a call highly enough.
Phone busy for at least 2 hours still trying to contact office
Thank you for your kind service and helpful information sincerely Paula Mills
I have been to your office three times in the last two months. Each time I waited less than half an hour to see someone. All three people, one gentleman and two ladies, that I met with were very friendly and helpful. They made good suggestions for my situations and did not make me feel rushed. I have previously dealt with the social security office in Phoenix and your office is a very welcome change.
