Are you open in order to recieve a replacement social security card?
I called to update my information for my social security direct deposit payment at 2:35 pm and an man who answered the phone hung up the phone on me because I was explaining to him I'm on oxygen at home and because of the coronavirus I was trying to do it over the phone not come in the office for safety reasons; the information I wanted to change is I switched my bank. I feel he was rude and should of help me out I'm going to try and call back at the 1800 number now for help praying that I will continue to receive my checks on time each month.
THE LACK OF BRILLIANCE FROM THIS OFFICE IS EMBARRASSING. My first request to have a simple name change, which consisted of 1 letter, was first sent in October of 2020. This office has sent back and denied all of my 5 request since then, every time asking for something new. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? It is now the end of March and I FINALLY got my daughter's social security card WITH THE VERY SAME MISSPELLING! It was spelled CORRECTLY on the application request. The lack of intelligence and willingness to do your job efficiently is SUBPAR!
I am been calling you guys since this morning but no one is answering any of my calls
I would like to make an appointment and nobody answers my calls
Wondering why I haven received the paper to re apple my case I was denied my claim and will like a re appeal.
NO ONE IN THIS OFFICE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I've left messages, sent e-mails AND talked to 4 people and NOTHING. They have said ' I do not know why' your checks aren't coming. And there's no one they can find out from.
I called to confirm my paperwork was received for my son's file proving he was a full time student. I was told yes but the woman handling the claim put the info in but never did anything with it. ( per the man I talked to) and he didn't know why, and she was out that day 12/29 and he didn't know when she would be back in. He also told me no one was in the office to ask! So this woman went on her vaca to enjoy the holidays and just left me HANGING. Paperwork was sent in 2 weeks ago! What do these employees do all day since it seems to be NOT THEIR JOB!!
I need my benefits to pay my rent I don't want to be homeless please I got some papers that you requested I just need a name and a fax number to send it too
