All my inquiries have been by phone. Each time I called The employee was helpful explaining the answer to whatever questions I had. All were very courteous to me. I for one didnt have any problems at all with the Brunswick Ga office.

I have called to get information about the status about my situation 3 times. It is being handled by a particular agent who is busy with someone else when I call. I understand that. But my issue is also time sensitive, and apparently he is the only one in the officeor in the SSA agency at largewho can help me. I am disappointed that I cannot get a call back or further information about my case from anyone.

I mailed out my application to the Brunswick GA location to have my name changed for my social security card. I sent the application document that was needed, my marriage license and my military dependent ID with my married name and have heard nothing back and have not received any mail either. Every time I call, either nobody is able to assist me in this problem or I am told that someone will call me back but I never get a call. I don't even know what to do at this point because I can't do anything without these documents back. I've been waiting for 5 months to get my social security card with my married name in the mail. Nobody here is helpful in any way shape or form and these most likely lost documents need to be paid for to be replaced by them.

Online it states the office hours only to go up there during office hours and you can't gain access. Everything has to be mailed (in my case) and the hoops i have to jump through to obtain my child's ssc is absolutely ridiculous.

I have not been able to get in contact with anyone by phone - it's a wasted effort to go to the building directly - and for someone who's online services challenged, it's a nightmare to get any information. All I'm wanting to do is get my son his social security card so he can get his license. He's 16, and of course, having done everything he is supposed to do, he wants his license. Now, I am trying all I can do, to get this card for him and failing miserably bc I can't SPEAK with anyone about how I need to go about getting his card.

I created a SS account and I am attempting to set up my medicare without SS benefits and the system says 'You do not meet one or more qualifications to apply for Medicare Only benefits on the Internet. You should contact Social Security and tell us you received this message. If you live within the U.S., our territories or commonwealths, you may call our toll-free number 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778). SSA representatives are available at this number Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Outside the United States We offer a variety of servicing options for those living abroad. For more information, visit Service Around the World. I called this number yesterday and there was a one hour and 45 minute wait. I called again today and have been on hold for 67 minutes. I just hung up! I do not know what I need to do to get someone to talk to me for 5 minutes to discuss why I can't complete this application on line. This is ridiculous!!

I attempted to call to add Part B to my Medicare, the automated system is very lacking and a 55 min wait time to talk to a human is ridiculous. How can this be expedited to add the Part B to my claim
