Hold for an hour then hung up on. Called back 4 times after and after about 15 to 20 mins I was kicked off and asked for my 9 digit mailbox number. Whatever that is! When couldn't provide it it hangup on me all 4 times. The last call hung up immediately after pressing zero.

Local SSI office won't let Me in, and I was on the phone with SSI and They let it ring for 1hr and NO ANSWER
Horrible, can't Get anyone to answer ph.
Awful the worst place to receive any help. As the entire state goes to work this place won't even book an appointment for a disabled person for help to fill out their review. Now my check and health care are in jeopardy. I need an appointment asap.. Nobody will make one I have called multiple times
I waited on line 15 minutes only to be hung up on!
They wont let me into my online account its 8 am they are closed yet say they open at 7. And then it locked me out of my account for 24 hours because i put amy in the stupid box its how it is on my ss card yet they kept saying use the right first name i did. Im so frustrated i need some paper TODAY.
Ive been on hold repeatedly this morning and been cut off several times after holding on for over 15 minutes each time . I need to schedule an appointment and have only days to take care of an appeal error by social security.
Today, I waited on hold on a telephone line (866-931-2523 Coeur d'Alene, ID) for over 15 minutes and was then cut off. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating to someone who has an important direct deposit question that needs to be answered.
I called the phone number on this website and the person who responded was courteous and provided a helpful solution to my inquiry which also eliminated the need for me to make a trip to the Coeur D Alene office.
Your representative was very courteous. I had visited the office last week. I also had a scheduled appointment about the same issue. I cancelled my future appointment so that the slot could be reassigned to someone who needs it.
