You have one of the worst service I ever experienced. I have called your office 4 times and held on that line for 15 to 20 minutes only to be quietly hung up on. This is very disturbing and frustrating. Trying to contact you because twice, your office didn't enter information that should have been entered. I am not sure what the problem is but your service needs to improve rather dramatically. Went up to the office to get the situation corrected. Still didn't complete the information. Very unsatisfied customer.
Is the Strom Thurmond building open in Columbia SC? I would like to go in person to get a replacy social security card for myself and my daughter
Literally can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I have been calling since I got married on 3/18/2021. I have been calling like 3-4 times a week and once i've been on hold for 40 minutes, I usually give up and say i'll try again tomorrow. I'm currently on hold and have been for the past hour. This is extremely upsetting and I feel as if i'm running out of options.
I have been on hold for 30 minutes a few different times with the Columbia office, but the call continues to end by saying no customer service reps are available. We have adopted and finalized. We need to make an appointment to come get her a social security number so that we can file our taxes.
Since i cannot currently walk into the office, how do i get my childs SS card?
Under the current circumstances getting in touch with SSA is a NIGHTMARE!
Hi. We have tried for 9 months now (numerous calls, voice mails, emails, etc) trying to get the original documents back from a retirement benefits application submitted in Jun 2020.
I'm trying to get an new social security card because i lost my other one.
Estoy tratando de concertar un cita y no he podido con las opciones que me dan.
I am applying for a job and need my Social Security card because I gave it to someone when they asked for it when applying for something recently. Little did I know that these Thugs would ask me numerous questions and I would forget about the card before leaving. Anyway, I'd like to have it back. However, I'm supposed to give the card back tomorrow morning to the Elections 2020 office or else. I guess I won't be able to work the elections in November this year! (I forgot about the missing card until your office asked for it.) I'll call your office or come in later! Thanks!
Where do I sent my paper off so I can get a SS? I lived in SC.
