I am looking to apply for social security disability. I would like to know how can I go about signing up for social security disability or whatever I can sign up for for some income to help me make ends meet or where can I sign up.
I keep getting hung up on makes you go through all the steps to talk to someone and then they hang up on you.
I keep getting hung up on makes you go through all the steps to talk to someone and then they hang up on you.
The supervisor is rude, representatives are beyond rude one in particular no one knows what they are doing at all and I would like to know how you work in an environment that is supposed to help those with disabilities. If I need to post names I would be glad too.
The reps that work here are rude. they keep suspending my checks for 1 thing or another. then i went in to change my rep payee but they tell me i can't and i have to get an agency to be my rep payee. it's my money, i am able to pick out who i want to be my rep payee. plus they are not suppose to hold my benefits for more than 30 days and yet they continually do. And when you call and talk to them they are rude.
Very rude on phone and in office no help at all talk to you like you 12 or something I've been trying to just get passed ever who answered phones over there
Visiting this office I was treated like just another number. I came in because I kept receiving checks for my son when I have already gotten a direct Express card. The initial interaction the ssa employee didnt even listen to my issue. I waited an hour and they still never fixed the issue. I hate coming to this office the employees have no idea what they are talking about. My disabled son has even been discriminated against at this office when we initally filed for benefits they wanted us to leave because my son was having a meltdown he is autistic. I'm sure they see disabled people all the time. Due to there negligence I'm having to be charged outrageous fees to cash my sons check and they could have cared less.
