Why don’t you have an online appointment program? One should not have to be on hold to make a simple appointment. And NO, not everything can be done via the internet.
I've sent 4 packages with my 2021 tax return & no one in your office has accepted them, why not? Also why cant you people answer your phone?
do we have to mail applications for social security cards for children or can we fax them?
thumbs up
Hands down one of the worst places to try to get ahold of. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes, called over 3 times and I still can’t ahold of anyone
Good Morning, I would like to know if I faxed or emailed an application for a new Social Security Card, with a copy of my I.D. would that acceptable? I will be needing my social security card as soon as possible but have been running into issues of being told online that the information is not correct and I have mailed my application but it was also returned stating that it is insufficient.
Ms. Owen was so kind & helpful as we worked through a very difficult time for our family. It was very much appreciated.
Had a 9am scheduled appt for 10/13. Lawrence called on time and got most of the information but had to reschedule for an 8am appt on 10/14. He called 1/2 hour late and had bad reception from whereever he was at, but couldn't finish because he had gotten something in his eye. Rescheduled again for 8am and was late in calling - had phone duty and couldn't finish. I is now Monday 10/19 9:07am, had an 8am meeting scheduled an he has yet to call. Have been on the phone for 22 minutes waiting to talk to someon and was just dropped. I believe these people are trained to do this so that we are unable to apply for services.
Very nice.
The front desk is not a helpful person. DOES NOT SOUND LIKE SHE ENJOYS HER JOB. I have more questions after speaking to N(claims rep) than I had before. She kept trying to refer me to senior center? I am not a senior and she just couldn't get past it? I just want to speak to a person who can answer some questions about my approval.
