Guy helping had no clue on how to help or any clue of what he was doing. Not sure if he was new to the job or not. Had to go to Albany Or and they fixed the problem in 15 min plus no waiting. Just wonder how many people he helps that walk away thinking he knew what he was talking about and are getting no help whatsoever.

Hi! I am looking to get a replacement social security card. How do I go about that in Oregon? Its one of the states you cannot do that online with.

2 hr. on phone hold. No local # to call, no posted hours for local office. Endless waiting with no results. Yes, government at its finest. Never did get someone to speak to about getting an appt. at the local office.

There are no lines at this office. You go in and immediately check in with the security guard. Then he directs you to a computer where you put in why your there and it prints out a number. You sit and wait for them to call your number

Yes they do. It's just inside the main door. You don't even have to go into the main part of the office. Just open the front door and it's right there. Easy peazy!
