unable to talk to person in local office Eureka, CA 95501 so I can set up appointment to get services needed , I am presently on SSI.
I want to give a big shout of praise out to the Eureka SSA office! One employee I'd like to be specially recognized as a hard worker and as none who has a through knowledge of her job. I only know her by her first name which is Der. She is a really good listener. She really listened to me and what I had been going through trying to get me retro $$$, My experience is she's someone who is not afraid to work hard! She was covering for the Del Norte Co. office which I have several constructive complaints to make against this Del Norte office, Der was able to direct me in what was needed in order to get my needs met.
