The outside looks like a dump. If your going to force people to wear masks provide a receptacle inside the door so people leaving can give you back your trash instead of allowing it to be blown all over our neighborhood.
Is impossible to get an appointment on line. What do I do? I want to retire.
SS is run terrible. No where can you find information online if you need an in person appointment or not at the Fenton, Mo facility. Nor could I find information on how to make an in person appointment. Have been on hold for over 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible how this part of the government is run.

Kay Fogerty was very helpful to me in getting signed up for Medicare Part B. Kay responded in a timely fashion to several communications. I'm thankful that it was she who helped administer my case.
I had my best experience yet with SSA. My question, My full retirement age, is 66 and 2 months, will I be penalized if I continue to work? Mr. Bohler (I for got to ask him if I could use his name), Calm my fear of a payback next year AND what I need to do for next year. I am happy. Thank you Mr. Bohler.

I was trying to make an appointment over the phone for my husband and tried to asked what I needed to have for the appointment and was disconnected 3 times. I tried asking somebody in the office and the security guard kept telling me I needed to call the number and the people working there are only allowed to take phone appointments. All I wanted was a few questions answered to be prepared for the appointment, because I didn't have an appointment, I was not allowed to ask questions.
