Wait was 120 minutes to talk with rep.
Very long waits on phone
As of now, I have been getting SSD. I am turning 65, am I able to draw on my husbands, SS?
How do you make an appointment? I've called many times and left messages.
I have been working uninterrupted with my case worker, we never had any issues since 2016. When I received a letter of new case worker needing to speak to me I called her 60 time I have dates and time. I received a letter from SSI Disability Brandenton office saying I have not been in touch with agency and was been closed out? The case worker name was different and so was extension. I called, someone Picked up was rude to me, had to go, didn't have time to discuss my ISSUES.
The first time I submitted all my documents to update my name on my card, they were lost. The second time they were received but I did not receive my new card. A man told me that I would have to reapply. He said the post office will make one attempt to deliver and then will return to SS. When I checked with my post man he said that is not accurate. He would have found me and delivered it to me. Are you open? Clearly I need to apply a third time. I need my new card so I can update my drivers license. People answering the phones have not been friendly or helpful.
Finally get through on the 800 number and I'm given a number that's not in service to call and make an appointment.
I have been waiting to receive back my driver's license and divorce decree that I need for paperwork for medical appointments for over a month and have been hung up on over three times today. I need my license so I can book my plane ticket for Duke for my next brain scan. This is discriminating against someone with a terminal diagnosis and I think lawyers may need to be involved.
There must be a better way to arrange an appointment with a local office without having to remain on hold for 1/2 hour on the 800 number.. why not set up online appts
I need a appointment for my son. I Tried everything.
It is impossible to get through on 800#. I'm required to change my address and new checking account info, but poor government service is a barrier to my obligations and needs. Hire more help!
Please I'm trying to set up my new checking account and routing number to my new bank I don't have access to my old checking account information and I'm getting ready to be homeless cuz I cannot receive my disability or my SSI payment
My purse was stolen it had all of my identification inside the purse. I got a job but I need SS Card to start
Want to know when you are open
