I have money taking out for Medicare and would like to stop having withdrawals because I have had united healthcare insurance... is there place to go to do this?
My husband is disabled and it is difficult for him to completely hear over the phone. Per the website, I called the local number to make an appointment so we could come in so he can communicate better. Since I have to take work off for that, we asked to make an appointment, which again it says to do so on the fort walton beach offices website. When I called to make an appointment I was rudely told that we couldn’t make appointments now. So if you’re not going to let people make appointments you should take that option off of your website! And calling in to make an appointment and speak to someone that clearly was not willing to accommodate my husband’s disability request for an appointment is a complete waste of my time, as some of us actually work and so our jobs with acceptable customer service.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for a while.
Call SS office this morning and talked to Ruth, she was a great help to me with my problem. Thanks, Ken
Ladies and Gentlemen Please thank Dave from the Fort Walton Beach office for his excellent help on 22 Jul 2021. He was extremely helpful and professional, and was able to fix our problems without having to make a telephone appointment. Thanks again!
very rude, unfriendly person answer the phone. then when i called back, disconnected me. want my actual driver license to prove identity. NO WAY! Extremely unprofessional person at this location.
If you get a call from this number, don't answer. Most likely a scam.
So, I got called 4 times. When I answered the 4th time an automated voice told me I would have 7 FEDERAL offense against me if I don’t answer because there is something wrong with my social security. I then press the number they told me to speak to a representative. The phone was answered by what sounded like a male asking me what the problem is.I don’t know!!!! You guys called ME! What is that supposed to mean???? I’m frankly upset and confused as to what the situation is.
