I, im the Philippines now and it makes it almost impossible to continue business with the Ocala SSA office, particularly the SSI unit. when I was still living in Ocala I found it necessary to bring in a local peace officer to keep the Reps from Hollering at me. Their Federal Security Guard would throw me out if I hollered back at an agent. With a Peace officer present that all stopped. That's my suggestion when you need to speak with an agent there. I am currently looking for a good email address on this place. Anyone have it?

I spoke to a man this morning with a hispanic accent. I do not recall his name. He was incredibly rude. When I asked to speak to someone else, he hung up on me. I don't believe that people in a position to help should be bullies. I definitely felt bullied.

I believe I just received a fraudulent call. The caller stateted they were a social security officer and that I have had my social security compromised. She stated that someone in another state was using my number to apply for something. My caller ID on my phone showed the call was from Celina Tx. 469-812-5516 It told me to press 1 to talk to an officer and when I did the person asked what they could do for me and I stated 'you called me'. She then hung up

Absolutely horrible and unacceptable customer service. Her name was M and would not assist the person I was assisting to make changes to his account. This poor older gentleman answered every security question she asked (RUDELY) and the last question was a routing number that he would not have while he is residing in a facility. She was rude and very loud towards him. she was on speaker phone so others outside of the office could hear her. I had to pick up the handle and reminder her she was on speaker and we are just trying to help this gentleman make changes to his account. she continued to be rude and abrupt. I asked for a supervisor she continued to argue with me. I then asked for her ID number, she kept arguing. I again and again asked to speak to a supervisor and demanded her ID number for I was going to report her unacceptable behaviors. the phone call went silent. We were on hold for 45 min and then dealt with this rep for another 1 hour. Wasted time. SSA should know the elderly cannot answer every question and the rep of SSA should have patience when dealing with the elderly population or this position is not for them. I am absolutely disgusted by the way this gentleman was treated and believe this rep should be reprimanded, even terminated from this position in which she holds with no compassion to our elderly community.
