Steffon, the SSA.agent, provided great service. My wife and I needed specific documents and he was able to provide them easily. He was courteous, efficient and was able to answer all our questions. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience.
I had a great experience, the gentleman that answered after a short wait was very informative. He answered all my questions, in detail, and offered additional information for questions I hadn't thought of. Great experience, thank you!
I was calling to try to get a copy of my mother social security and I was on the phone with a women that’s was very rude. I explained something to her and she would just get really rude and she would just hang up the phone on me. I call maybe like 5 time and the same thing would happen over and over again.
