11/18/22 I want to extend my compliment for Melba Ochea-Kruger who provided me excellent service today. Melba was very helpful & efficient answering all my husband’s and my questions pertaining to my Medicare part B application process. We also greatly appreciated how personable she was during our conversation.
I feel sorry for all fellow Americans that have to go through this process with SSA.
Today I spoke with an extremely helpful customer service gal. Her name was Jules. She was so knowledgeable about what I called about and she had me all taken care of in minutes. I put off the call because of the bad reviews. I was so happy with my experience, I HAD to leave a review. Jules, you ROCK!!!
How do I get papers to fill out for SSI benefits for my 21 year old son?
My wife never received a ss statement for taxes this year, how do we get one?
I mailed in my court documents and a copy of my ID to have my name changed and they send me back a letter stating I didn't send them the court documents or a copy of my ID. Those certified documents cost money. Then I went there and seen people who made an appointment just disregarded. This is by far the most unprofessional office I've ever seen. No respect. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Hello ,I want to book an appointment to obtain my social security as soon as possible please. Tried calling you but no one answered. Please let me know if you could help me in scheduling an appointment Thanks
Disrespectful. Can't get my child's name changed due to THEIR ERROR. What is wrong with you people?
Do I need to make an appointment to discuss about retirement plan?
It has been a great pleasure and a true blessing working with Melissa on a significant issue attached to my Social Security Benefit Account. At all times, she was kind, professional with her words and voice, and extremely helpful guiding me to a clear understanding of what I needed to submit to the Fort Wayne Office in order to resolve an issue with my Social Security Benefits. It was truly a joy to hear Melissa's excited voice as she shared that my Benefit Issue had been resolved in my favor. Smiling greatly, Bernadette
How do I fill out a application or make an appointment for my son to get a social security card. He is only 7 months and I haven’t be able to get him one.
This is most unprofessional & rude group of staff members I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life. I am in desperate need of a new Social security card and each time I call for help I get zero help or the person is rude and hangs up. I was in mid question speaking to some man and he literally hung up on me. You guys seriously need to get better people working there.

Every time I try to sign up online, it rejects my user name and password. Even though it says my passwords match and I met all the criteria: upper and lower case letters, start with a number or letter, letters and numbers, symbols. Also, it changes my user name to all upper case letters! What can I do?
