I have been trying for weeks to call and speak to someone. Every time I call I hold for 30 to 45 mins the my call drops. I did not apply for Medicare B. I work full time and would rather take the insurance my employer offers.

I sent in my documents in beginning of July and is now mid-October and still nothing. I had to send in my original certificate of citizenship and they can’t find anything seems they lost it. I’ve talked to two people that we’re going to find out about something first one I’m waiting two months now on them no call back. The second one was on Tuesday it’s now Friday still no call back. So now it’s going to cost me $555 To get another certificate of citizenship. Plus I need a certificate to get my US passport. I’m very disappointed and will never sent original stuff in again.

I have been calling the Fort Worth office every day since July 1. The only person I have spoken with was out of Ca. They setup a referral to provide phone appointment in order to speak to my wife since she qualifies for SS and Medicare from my 40 year work record. She sent to the Title 2 Supervisor and I still have not received a phone call. I call at least 3 times a day and they always keep you holding around 20 minutes with the phone ringing twice to connect but no luck. They then tell you to call back again. This support is unacceptable. We have time sensitive start date to ensure continuity of medical coverage from private PPO insurance for my wife.

I have tried several times to reach someone about Medicare information, time is important in this matter. No one answers after many long waits, and most of the time I am disconnected after a short wait. How can I take care of my urgent SS business?

  8. Jun 17, 2021

Tried calling your office for the last hour. Each time I wait on hold for about 10-15 mins and when it sounds like someone is about to pick up finally, I am hung up on. This has happened 4x.

Customer service on the phone was really rude! Barely let me finish my sentence before being cut off. All I wanted to know was to check the process on my name change
