I need to sign up for Medicare. Do I have to come in in person or can I do it online?
If my child has been diagnosed with ADHD, can they receive a supplement check?
I spent 45 minutes in phone with all the information y’all said you needed. And after going thru all of it with Michelle she said I need old banking routing number ( that is all we liked getting this done on phone) she said the number I gave her off of my mothers check was not correct. I spent time finding it from old bank. I came over to Alta Mesa and went thru yalls hoops and then the guy I talked to said he did not need it. So I spent time driving over there for nothing. Also y’all would not let my mother put me down so I could HELP her with talking to y’all. She is 89 years old and can not carry in a good conversation. I thought it would be could to help her ( which I am going to do anyway) but y’all with have to try to talk to her and communicate with her. Yalls left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Y’all are very hard to deal with
What do we need to do to move a direct deposit to a new bank?

The phone line is always busy. I can't go to the office to replace my baby's social security card and have been trying to call for information. Very inconvenient and frustrating.
Hello I am looking to apply for a new SS card to change my last name after getting married. What documents will I need to provide to your office when coming in?
I have been trying to get an appointment and nothing, and calling and nothing either.
It so hard to connect with y’all. I been calling since my son be out hospital when I get to finally talk to somebody 6mo later they tell me I missed Appointment. I never knew of anything. I been calling to update my information now. I still can’t reach nobody but she told me call back.
How can you set an appointment when they answer and hang up?
Phone system is terrible. I have been on long holds and continue to get hung up on. You don't want people to show up, but it is extremely difficult to get an appointment if you can't speak to a person.
