I have been on hold for over 35 min. What kind of support is this?
Very poor service, wait times on the phone is way to long. What do you think, we have all day to wait on the phone? Your administrators need to look for another job if this is what they call customer service.
I would love to schedule an appointment. I've tried at least 3 times to get someone on the phone.
All of my accounts and information including my ss# have been hacked. I am a senior and very concerned. Please advise.
I have called three times, waited 15 to 20 minutes and the phone rings 4 times and hangs up.
Do I need to come in to report some part time work?
Do I need to come in to report some part time work?
Hi! I just have called your office located in Fountain Valley at 3:10 pm on 12/10/2020 and asked if I can apply for a Social Security Number for my daughter, who is born and currently in Vietnam now. She is two years old and is never in the U.S.; however, she has the U.S. passport. One man answered my question and asked me to contact the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam to do it while the service is not available over there; then he cut the line immediately, even the conversation have not finished yet. To me, it's not professional, if not saying 'impolite'. It makes me so confusing. Last month, I contacted SSA in Garden Grove, location at Gilbert. With the same question, the guy asked me to fill out the form together with 2 original IDs of the baby and send it to the office by mail. So, who is correct? What should I do now? Why different people in the same office (SSA) tells a different things for the same question. What a training It needs to be corrected right away for the shake of tax payers, please!
I dropped off of a document and put it in the mailbox like the security guard advise me and the document was disregarded. Which had an effect on how much I get in disability and during this crisis I'm not going to be able to afford rent or food.
I waited on hold for an hour so I could schedule an appointment. The representative said there were no appointments available and that I needed to just walk in. No apologies, just a terse explanation that they are very busy. That entire conversation took less than two minutes. Isn't that something that should be on your website or a message that plays when people call in? I never want to waste anyone else's time and I don't appreciate having my time wasted either.
