Waited two hours to hand the lady my pension info regarding my raise so social security would make the adjustment. Usually I hear back from social security right away in reference to my increase. But nothing from them and I don’t want to get into trouble. I did what I was suppose to do on my end. I try calling but I get hung up on because they say their too busy to take my calls. I’m so upset and afraid I will get into trouble. I still have my receipt for waiting to prove I was there for two hours.
Every time I call I am waiting on hold then I am hung up on before I can talk to someone, this is rude and unacceptable!
Trying to call and talk to someone but my calls keep getting hung up on.
Mrs. Wilson was extremely rude to me she was not listening to help me but instead she cut me off like 3 times so my questions weren’t answered and then she hung up on me and that just honestly is so cruel, I wasn’t mean or using profanity so I didn’t deserve to be hung up on. I applied for my sons replacement social security card and was denied because I sent a photo copy of my ID, I submitted another application with all original documents and was calling to check the status she pulled my old application and I was telling her I did another one but was cut off and hung up on after I was asking for management because she just kept cutting me off. I literally tried to buy diapers for my son last night and was asked for my photo ID along with my debit card but I don’t have it because I gave it to this office two weeks ago this has become an inconvenience.
My parents who reside in Ohio and are in their mid-80's sat on hold for 3 hours and no answer. This is very stressful as they only needed a benefit statement for their taxes. I called twice myself and no answer the first time and second time I was hung up on. This is completely unacceptable. People are using this virus as an excuse to NOT do their jobs. Again this is completely unprofessional, aggravating for the elderly and something needs to be done ASAP. If people can't do their jobs....then they need to find someone who will!
Wait time was 2 hours. And after all that the woman working the window did not appear to know what she was doing and struggled with typing and basic understanding of what i was wanting. And asked for my daughters green card when she is a citizen. And still screwed up my daughter’s address transposing the numbers.
like make an oppinment next week any times please let me know thanks..
