The staff in this office is very unprofessional. They're very rude and not helpful at all. With all the correct information and documents they needed regarding a situation we're dealing with, they refused to help us and could not provide the information and claimed there were 'laws' in place regarding certain situation, but could not produce these 'laws'.

I applied for social security replacement card almost 4.5 months ago. Never received it after 2 months and I called they said It might have got lost in the mail so I applied again. Twice I applied and twice I sent in proof of Identity, twice they sent proof back but still have not received anything. Hours wasted on the phone multiple times. All I want is my replacement card so I can go to work.I need a job and income and twice had job interviews and Orientation and still NO card.

I came here yesterday to help out 3 guys with getting their social security card .. We were in here almost 2 hours and couldn't get what we needed so the lady said to come back today get our numbers and go straight to window 1 .. That she wouldn't make us wait.. The security officer is refusing to let me go to window 1 needless to say i have been waiting in here again over an hour.. Why tell someone something and not keep up word
