I have tried numerous times to log in online and literally I get that I am locked out of my OWN ACCOUNT. I am 48 yrs old I know my information and I know that no one else has used or tried to use it. I cant speak to someone because you guys know you don't answer your phones in fact I am sitting on hold now. It must be amazing to be able to be paid to do a job with great government benefits and union pay to do nothing but gab amongst each other and complain about how people are mean or complain to you that you don't do your jobs .......while not doing your jobs.
I would like to apply For Lump Sum Death Benefit. I tried to call and make appointment, but after waiting for 35 min I was disconnected. Could I make an appointment via email?
