I’ve been trying to reach someone who can help me! I called everyday for a week and final got someone. The lady was not able to help me and gave me the number to the Lakewood office to talk to a caseworker. I’ve been trying all day yesterday and today and wait in the Queue and then get disconnected.
Dear Team, I called your 1.800 number waited over an hour, then they gave me the 866.563.9469 for the Lakewood, CO. office on Alameda. It was busied out. There is no way to reach anyone. I have been trying for months to contact someone/anyone for help.
Always helpful.

This office is lousy. By law they are required to schedule appointments but refuse to do so. They line you up in the parking lot at 6am like cattle. COMPLAIN to your elected representative about this. By LAW they are required to schedule an appointment but for some reason this office refuses to do so. Call your US Senators.
My husband will be turning 66 in September and I will turn 66 in November. We both currently work full time and do no claim our SS yet. However, we are interested in doing so upon turning 66. We would like to talk to someone in person who can explain our benefits regarding employment and taxes and inform us how it all works. Can I make an appointment or do we just go into the Lakewood office?
