The Covid restrictions have been lifted. Why isn't anyone manning the offices in Las Cruces so that we can get our issues taken care of. The city offices have employees working in our town. Why are the Las Cruces employees working from home. No one we have talked to on the phone has been of any help. Very frustrating!

I will be changing my name legally by court order next month. I understand I need to bring that document, my passport, etc. to have my new SS card issued. I would like to set up an appointment for later in May. Is the office open at this time?

Does the Las Cruces Social Security office not have a telephone? I need to make an appointment, but there is no way to get in touch with them to make one. What kind of service can we expect if we have to make an appointment, but they have it set up so we can't make one?

Annette Garcia I am still trying to communicate. house They need to stop assuming that telephone doesn't cost anything. For me it is expensive. You could at least confirm communication by email

why do you make it so difficult to replace a lost social security card, I keep going to where I have to pay for the card!
