I was contacted by a phone number of 248-398-3253 telling me there was suspicious actions with my social security number, and I was to press to speak with an operator immediately. I did not do this because I realize it may be a scam and wanted to report the phone number listed in this call so you can look into this further. Last name the came up was Septert on the caller ID. Thank you!

How does a elderly person with a income of $21,000 yearly qualify for Medicaid?

I called the Clawson office to ask the call representative a question regarding my disability claim. Before I could finish my question, she stated I needed to come in the office and hung up on me. I called back FIVE times asking to speak with her manager or supervisor and each time she hung up on me. The costumer service I received was terrible and Ill probably never deal with this company over the phone again.

Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to you to complain about a female employee at the Clawson, MI office. She is rude. She does not explain things to customers. And when customers ask her questions, she threatens them of calling the security guard to have them removed. She must be disciplined.
