I need an appointment, I've been trying to get information about my social security I'm currently receiving. Someone have been requesting information about me and it haven't been me. I've been trying to contact someone at social security to activate an online account and I keep getting locked out or told by someone who suppose to work for social security that I'm going to get a pass-code but I've never gotten it this had happened 3 times.

I think I received a scam call from 757-354-4281. They wanted my SS number and would not tell me who it was? I told them they should have the information they were asking for. They said my benefits would be cut off for fraudulent activity ? I've never done anything wrong and have declined Dr referrals because I can't afford it. Now I have a letter from Social Security administration that I didn't receive until October 13. I had no stamps and but got it in the mail Saturday morning at 9am. I'm in worse shape than when I started getting benefits about 7 years ago. I wish I could afford to go to all the Dr referrals so I can find out what is wrong with me. But as I stated I can only go when financially allowed. I'm having a hard time just feeding myself. My Rxs are expensive so I don't take some of them to help save Social Security save money. If I was able to go to all the Drs I was referred to it would cost me so much I couldn't eat. I'm really hurting and my mental health is not good. I've been isolated from any family or friends. It's been extremely difficult and the last thing I need is to face the possibility of losing my benefits. The phone call and the letter have made me so depressed I can't even leave my apartment. I'm just trying to do the right thing and to let you know that I would never try and take advantage of the SSDI I receive. I'm grateful for the help but it's difficult to go to all the Drs and still pay my rent.
