This office doesn’t have security outside, people there have no manners don’t understand that you need to have respect for others, they cut in front of you, vans dropped people of 10 in a group, come on.

Hello, the man that repeatedly answering the phone calls is extremely rude to the point he hangs up on you several times. I've called more than 6 times today to get through someone else and he hangs up on me every time. He even answers the Spanish speaking calls then says he doesn't speak Spanish and hangs up. The first time he was very frustrated answering my questions he did not want to bother to help at all 'courteously'. as it says on the automated call and drops call after saying everything online. He refuses to let me talk to a supervisor to further my explain my call. And will hang up every time! Someone needs to know the type of service that is being given to people just wanting help or information.

I am very frustrated with the way things are being handled and I cant get any assistance

I have tried all day to fax a withholding paper to your office and am told there is no answer. I’ve tried calling the Odessa office to see what else I might be able to do or if you have a drop box outside the doors that is checked for forms dropped off. Unfortunately no one has answered a phone call even though I’m told that someone would be with me monetarily. You help would be greatly appreciated.
