This is horrible, calling trying to get an appointment because I don’t have a computer and no one answers the phone so how do I make and appointment since can’t do online?
I visited the Owings Mills office to drop off some paperwork. Walked into the office and proceed past the check in station because I needed to ask a question as I was only dropping off and needed to know where to take the envelope or whom to hand it off to. The woman behind the plexiglass at the front desk was so RUDE! She told me not to come to her window before I checked in. I told her I did not need an appt. I was only dropping off. She told me the drop box was outside. Outside where? In the little vestibule area or outside the office by the front door? I saw nothing so I went back inside, stayed by the check in booth and proceeded to ask where the drop box was. Again this rude woman told me not to come to her window as if I had the plague and she would catch it. I told her I did not see a drop box but she could not give any specific instructions as to the location of the drop box so obviously she had no clue. Thankfully the security guard lady came to my rescue and told me it was on the wall, in the vestibule. I found it, dropped off and went back in to tell the security guard thank you and let the other woman behind the plexiglass know that she was rude. Maybe you should consider moving her to the security guard station and put the security guard in her position as clearly she does not know what customer service means! This matter I hope will be taken to her Supervisor as I do not appreciate being treated this way! I have no plans on returning to this office any time soon.
The info I’m looking for I found it all on one page thank you
Good morning, I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach someone by phone for hours at the Owings MIlls office. I need to make an appointment and to speak to someone in person. I am very unhappy with your service. After waiting for 30+ minutes several times I was disconnected. If online services are offered only, you need to provide better phone service to the public.
I am not able to report my monthly wages by phone. I also, can not get intouch with anyone by phone. What do you suggest I do now?
I requested a replacement social security card and was told to send my drivers license along with the application. I did so and received the social security card but my drivers license wasn’t returned. Can you help? I sent it to the Owings Mills, Md office. Thanks.
Repeatedly hung up on me. One time transferred me to a security guard who then tried to transfer me back—couldnt, and then I got hung up on. Spent 90 minutes doing this. Never got to speak to anyone.
Hello I just move To Maryland and I want to know how I Transfer my SSI to Maryland.
