I had the worst experience at this place; this woman was the most unprofessional person I have ever met, rude is a understatement, they are trying to make me believe that they have the right to withhold my son’s medical records which I know is not true, Disability denied him twice I feel they don’t want it to be known that they are not being totally honest, if anyone has gone through this please offer information. I called numerous times to speak with the supervisor they put you on hold.
The Petersburg Social Security office is by far the worst one I have to call. The wait times are excessive, all the representatives are rude, and they make more mistakes than any office. I am constantly filing forms 795 to deal with their errors, and the relief is always granted due to the incompetence that pervades the Petersburg Office. Social Security management in DC needs to terminate or relocate every employee in the office and hire new staff.
Was on hold for less then 3 minutes and someone picked up, very nice service.
No matter how many phone messages you leave your worker never calls you back
Nice People that is Doing there Best .. under these Conditions
They never picked up there phones as it is 9:00 am I been call for three days now
Was on hold for 3 hrs
My husband informed me that I can receive 50% of his SS offset by what I currently receive. I assume I must have an appointment to handle the paperwork. Also, what will I need to bring with me. I tried several times to reach someone, but was unable.
Hello my friend started an application for disability online and the area that we live in has limited internet service so it was hard to finish it and when I had to go back in I couldn't get it to come back up, can I finish the application in the office for an appointment? that would be better for me.
I am still waiting on my debit card from Express direct it was ordered February the 17th and I still haven't got my monthly payments and the guy that I talked to said the money is on the card okay where is the card? I mean the dude gave me a number but it asked for my name, my security number didn't clicked over to a PIN number, what pin number?
I need a replacement social security card how do I go bout getting it
It would be nice if during the pandemic when you have to mail pertinent documents like your actual drivers license due to calling and asking if it could be a copy and them saying no... So I FedEx-ed it so I could track it and ensure they receive it and in return I get a letter mailed stating the "documents you have submitted are being returned with this receipt" .....with NONE of the documents I provided enclosed! Oh, and I have to wait til MONDAY to get it sorted out and go longer without my drivers license. Thanks!
i was on hold for an hour. got a man on phone gave him my ss then he hung up on me
I have Epilepsy and had a spinal cord injury in 2013. I tried working various jobs, my body just can't take it due to the nerve damage that was created from the spine injury, herniated disk surgery on my neck in two thousand and thirteen year. I still have issues standing up for long periods and sitting down, my back locks up on me.
Why did social security get rid of its online appointment scheduling service?Waiting on hold for 50 minutes to get an appointment makes no sense when it was previously done within a few minutes online.
