The male security officer working around 2pm today, needs to change his ways. I walked in with my pregnant sister with 2 drinks. Now, I saw the sign about no food or beverages so I politely asked if we could keep our drinks because 1. I have medication that states I need to have a drink with me at all times. It doesnt specify water, it just says liquid drink. And 2 because my sister is pregnant and also needs to stay hydrated due to passing out multiple times before while being pregnant. The security guard assumed my sisters drink was coffee and said she couldnt have her drink because she shouldn't be drinking coffee anyways being pregnant. 1. He has no right telling her what she can and cant drink. 2. It wasnt coffee. It was hot chocolate which is made with water so it's still hydrating, just not as much as it could be. Now my drink was a slushee which may not hydrate other people, but for some reason hydrates me so I had it for my medicine. I took my sisters drink out to the car and when I came back he stopped me inside the doorway and asked what medication I am on, didnt give me the chance to pull it up on my phone before asking why i didnt know the name. I know the name, i just couldnt pronounce it. Then he proceeded to ask why i couldnt just have water. I dont HAVE to have water. My medicine doesnt specify, just as long as I'm hydrated. I dont know what his problem was, but he needs to fix it and never treat another person like that again.
