Incredibly disappointing that no one answers the phone during business hours.
I called the local office of SSA in Puyallup, Washington and rang their phone at least 50 times. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. How is someone suppose to get service when no one answers the phone?
Hi--I just got my passport and marriage license returned from your office for my Social Security name change. I am wondering--how do I get a new Social Security card? Is there anything I can do online that would suffice to take to get name change on drivers license and passport? Thank you
I called right at opening and got to speak to Rob West. He was so helpful and efficient. I was requesting verbal verification that my Part B SEP application had been processed. As Rib looked it up, he found it had been assigned to him. He went ahead and processed it for me as we were on the phone. I work in customer service and Rob West is AMAZING! Thank you so much for having him as an employee. He really cares and does everything he can to assist you!
I called to speak with a different manager other than Ms. Boyd, who was rudely yelling. After I explained that my daughter funds were not distributed to her by her father and has been used for his own personal gains. I called back and was told she was the district manager. Well, that should be reviewed because that woman is very unprofessional.
Checking on my SSD l filed for in May lam on medication and under doctor's care my illness prevents me from working l havnt heard a word no mail would like to know when l can count on my disability with my illness preventing me from working lve been disabled now for a long time under doctor's care
I was asked within the first three minutes if I wished to receive a call back instead of waiting on the line. I've called before and the same option was available which I have always used instead of wasting my battery for an endless hold. I noticed a comment left in April of this year 2019 and they complained about not having the option available, I'm puzzled. Is there a different number that they called in on or a different option in the phone system. It isn't offered on all seems far fetched so maybe they just stopped listening to the computer prompts? All I know is that every issue I've called in on I've asked for a call back and received it. DIDN'T WANT PEOPLE READING THESE REVIEWS TO THINK THEY CAN'T GET A CALL BACK INSTEAD OF AN ENDLESS HOLD. ***THIS IS MUCH BETTER THEN GOING INTO THE OFFICE WITH A QUESTION, THEY START LINING UP AT LEAST A HALF HOUR BEFORE THE DOORS OPEN WINTER OR SUMMER.
I tried to call to learn some information on my sons survivor benefits. I called and was told that it was almost and hour to wait on the phone. This is UNACCEPTABLE! There should be an option to leave a number for a reprensentative to call back.
I am helping my brother help a friend who is getting SSD and is homeless now. My brother is letting her stay at his house temporarily but is way too much for my brother. She has cancer and needs to be in a facility. I called SS office in Puyallup (nearest one to him to make an appointment to come and talk to you about this but call waiting was almost an hour and a half. Can you please call me or better yet email me? I just want to make an appt for them.
