Hello, I am trying to make an appointment to come in to find some of my father's missing Social Security checks, I am his trustee/ POA. I would like to see if you could go through 2017 and 2018 to see if he has cashed these checks or if he has lost them. I would appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you
This page and a latter I received from Social Security say call 1-800-772-1213 to make an appointment. I called, waited for one hour and was told it is impossible to make an appointment at this office. What's going on?
To whom it may concern: I am planning to apply for an SSN. Do I need to schedule an appointment before going or I just drop in? Many thanks. Best regards
This page tell you to make an appointment to avoid long waiting times when you arrive. I am trying that only to find out that answering my phone call will take ONE hour. Just grab a student that can code and let him/her set up an on-line appointment making system! It is not that difficult.
Dear officer, I have applied my SSN card and get the receipt on Aug 16, 2018 in Social Security Administration in Redwood City, CA94063-1592. The receipt showed that I can have my card in about 2 weeks. Now, I still do not receive my card yet. I wonder is there something wrong?
i'm in agreement with anyone else. the hold time is horrible. Why not add an appointment program to your website, or have a recording that someone will call you back,in the order that you called in. get with the times!!
How hard is it to set up a program to make appts. on-line? I can book flights, hotels, dinners, everything except a Soc. Security office appt. Unbelievable. When I called I was told the next available clerk would be in one hour and 45 min. Really? My phone doesn't even hold a charge that long.
Incredible that it is not possible to make an appointment online! The only alternative is to wait 40 min. for an agent or try calling at a better time? Even the DMV has online appointments.
Hello I have a suggestion in regards to the receiving mailbox for reporting wages. I am working during the day and its not flexible as when I can drop off my reporting wages because the mailbox is inside the building. I suggest having a mailbox outside. Its more convenient for folks who want to drop off reporting documents. What other way can I also report my wages besides mailing or dropping off? Is there a fax where i can send to?
