It is literally almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach these people! It is now January 2022 and I've been calling once a week, multiple times a day, since AUGUST on 2021! They literally never answer the phone and they're only open from 9am-12pm! impossible hours for someone who works third shift.
I'd like to apply for disability
I give them 5 Stars. What information you have given is very good. I needed to get a update statement on What I draw for Social Security Every month.
How do I apply online.
I just need to see if I can have somebody to email me a piece of paper how much I draw for my Social Security and my SSI
I need to update my status, from resident to citizen, I must make an appointment?
after being on hold for at least 15 minutes the phone hung up. I called again and of course on hold a long time now. Waiting for the call to be terminated before someone answers. I want to make an appointment. I cannot set up my online SS account due to identity theft. I can only set it up with a representative in person. I will be penalized if I don't sign up for benefits but there is no way for me to sign up until I can prove who I am in person. The SS office is only taking appointments so I cant go there and wait to be seen. How can I please get an appointment? Phone just hung up on me again. Really people? By the way this is the Rome, GA office.
I need to receive my social security card, and what do I need to do in order to receive it online?
I can't get my case officers to contact me or my payee so I can get my back pay to get me a house and get out from under this bridge.
Need general information to change name by appointment? Recently July 17th 2020 when is my deadline ?
I have been receiving automated phone calls for the past several days from someone saying they are from the Social Security Dept. stating I should return their call. I feel you would correspond by mail if you wished to speak with me, am I wrong? The recording stated his name was Officer Victor Frank....... The name sounds vaguely familiar ' Dr. Victor Frankenstein' . The number they called from was 240.848.7609 and the last call came to me on September 26, 2019 at 11:07 AM.
I'm trying to fill out a SS form for a child. Do I fill the bottom portion or both? Thank You
