They suck, I keep trying to call them as suggested by the their website. Go through the menu, get to the office. Rings then they hang up

I am so very disappointed that this office has been deducting my S.S.I. Benefits, due to me having a job working 20 hours a week, only making 1,200 a month. My eligibility hearing was done 2 years ago in Salem Oregon. The Federal Judge (Elliot) instructed that I am able to work and make a total of 2,000 dollars, thats including my SSI check a month ,before any deduction would accure a month. I do not exceed 2,000 amounts in income that is including my SSI check combined with my income has not been 2,000 a month since 2016. I make 1, 200 + my SSI OF 780 totaling together 1,980. Plus in 2016 for 4 months I made 2, 100 and then went back down to 1200 in pay because of my disability of the lungs could not continue the work and this office says I was over paid by 8,000 , no matter how many times I prove the truth and show the evidence they do nothing to correct their mistakes. They will not allow me to make a appointment to come in and show my paycheck stubs and insist I mail them which I've done 2 times with the result being , they say they never received them. I know the problem is not the US Mail service, the problem is deep within this corrupt office.
