Office was closed due to Covid. I have been calling and calling because even tho I had to sign up for Medicare part A, I refused part B because my spouse still has medical coverage. When I finally got through on the phone, the woman was rude, condescending and not helpful at all, saying I needed to call Medicare! When I tried to tell her that it was a mistake made on social security part, she hung up on me. What is wrong with these people? If you detest you job so much as to make my life miserable, maybe you should look for another job. So here I am, still without answers and no idea where to go from here!

Why is there not a fax number to this local office? It makes communication almost impossible and complicates mailing needs when the client is elderly, blind and also disabled. Your office is not compliant with federal communication rights of the disabled.
