I need to replace my ss card. I've lost or someone stole mine.
SS San Marcos seems to offer only a single path to an appointment. Telephone. Yet we see that their voice system is near non-functional. I wonder why they do not offer web interface or email appoointments?
My son has issued his SSN card twice and he’s never received it.
Is your San Marco's, Texas office open to submit a tax return or should I just mail my return in? How would I submit just a change of address?
terrible service over the phone, tried to spell my husbands name and he could not repeat it several times and then I was told to call back, I did and the same thing happened again. I have a homebound husband and requested a letter of future income for the housing authority and cannot get an answer.
This site did not assist me-- I would have liked to have made an appointment -- holding time was outrages for the 1-800-772-1213 number. the (866) 388-8515 had no appointment number nor did they have a message center where a message for a call back for an appointment was given. For those wanting to leave a message concerning an appointment --there was no extension number listing for it..
At 1:30 on Friday this office in San Marcos is closed due to utilities problems. No water. When will this office be open again?
Had a child (2! Children)?adoption approved in January through the courts in San Marcos, turned all my paperwork in at this Social Security Office.! They told me everything they needed was turned in and ready to go. Well, it is almost June and I have not received anything from social security. Not a letter, No money, nothing!!!! I have called, went to the office, and all they ever tell me is “ IT IS PROCESSINNG AND YOU WILL HEAR SOMETHING IN A WEEK OR TWO”. I don’t understand WHY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY FINANCES, AWARD LETTER,NOTHING!!! It should not take this long to process especially when we are dealing with the financial support for children.
To whom it may concern, On Tuesday, Mat 7th, my wife and I visited the S.S.A office in San Marcos and spoke with Ms. Dina Torrez. A couple of hours earlier, she had called to my house to remind us about the documentation we had to bring to the office and to do an interview. I am writing to let you know what a pleasure experience we had with her. She made our visit very comfortable and answered all our questions. It is nice to go to a place of business and fell very welcomed. Please share our gratitude with her and her supervisor. Sincerely Julio C. Ruiz
