Unable to schedule an appointment online! THAT SUCKS!
my boss lives in Nevada but will be in California next week, can he get a replacement card in California?
I called to cancel an appointment I had made to get medicare card. It was difficult to navigate the website, but once I called the number, listened to all the options and pressed 0 I did get a representative. I was told that my appointment had already been canceled as I had received my card in the mail. I feel an email, phone call, or message of some kind, notifying me of this would have be appreciated. That would have made the process of navigating a very unfriendly website unnecessary. This was a bit frustrating, though, thankfully I did not have to wait to speak with a representative.
Social security administration you are very hard to get a hold of at the(866)695-6285,no matter what time of the day you call,it gets to be very frustrating and very difficult when you leave a voice mail message for your case representative and your call is not returned at all,so a personal suggestion to your agency maybe that you have another 800 phone line set up and have more staff working in your office to accommodate your customers. Thank you very much ,Nicholas Constantine Demourkas P.S. it is very hard and difficult for me to go downtown to your Santa Barbara office, when I am severely disabled just fyi, I wanted to inquire if you do over the phone interviews?
