If you don't use the call back from the Savannah Social Security office you are missing outstanding customer service. I can't thank Ms. Kelly and Mr. Ortiz enough for getting me through and answering all my MAGI questions. I know what to do and how to do it easily....Thank you!

I have been trying to get an appointment to update my status and it's basically impossible. The only other alternative I was given was to mail in my drivers license, which would leave me without the ability to drive my kid to school, drive to work and reply on the flaky service of USPS to not lose my license.... I understand these times are difficult for everyone, but can you pretend to care about people and give them feasible solutions? Thanks

Tried 5 times, yesterday to call SSA Savannah. Was on hold 10-15 minutes for 4 times then hung-up on. Waited 5 minutes the last time. Can't visit office, so I guess employees are getting paid for NO service! Website does not have a menu to handle my issue and MySSA is worthless in this area.

This was my first visit to this office. I had applied online for retirement benefits but could not submit my application for reasons unknown. Ms. Sherry Goodwin assisted me as much as she could but could only recommend me making an appointment to meet with an agent. She pardoned herself and returned saying she found someone between appointments who would see me. I then met with Mrs. Flowers who proceeded to complete my application and had me signed up and out in 15 minutes. These ladies are exemplary examples of true customer service. They explained everything in a simplified manner and were very courteous and professional. They made my visit a very good experience. Thank you Ms. Goodwin and Mrs. Flowers. It was my pleasure meeting you. Mike Gilpin
