Eric was , friendly, professional, helpful and provided the form # information needed to complete the task and reason for my call!
I can’t seem to get my social security straightened out. I’ve did everything exactly like I was told by them. Nothing has changed. Now I called them twice and waited over an hour and then my phone call was disconnected. I am very frustrated
My question, will a South Dakota Department of Corrections ID be enough to get a copy of a SS card?
Called at 9 as soon as they opened and only had to wait 8 minutes!! Friendly and very helpful person handles what I needed. Great service!!!
i would like to update my address as i've recently moved
Trying to update my address
Do I need an appointment to sign up for social security benefits? I will turn 65 in April 2020. I would like to come in Monday morning. Thank you.
I am a little bit frustrated and nervous because, I came in with my daughter and applied for her Social security card on 12/02/219 and went back to ask after 4 weeks time to see why it’s taking that long or may be if I am required to summit any additional documents. But guess what?! There was no any application information in system of social security office! I was surprised and got shocked! I then produced a copy of the receipt and the officer in charge could not explain what happened but only way he could help was to reapply again and fill a new app for the card and tell me two probably wait again. It’s an usual thing but I would like to have someone in charge to explain to me please. Thanks
I called the local Sioux Falls number to set up an appointment for my disabled son, but no recorded options were provided that enabled me to leave a message. Are appointments not available at this office? When I called the national 800 number, I was told that the wait time to talk to someone to just set up an appointment was 1.5 hours! Is there not a way that I can get my question answered and update my son's information more quickly? Thanks!
