Horrible customer service, employee answered the call talking about what you need not even a hello thanks for calling social security, would not listen. I said had a bad attitude and hung up in my face, when I called back the next person I asked for the manager and I said they’re staff was rude and they hung up in my face.
I need to set up an appointment. Is there anyone In particular I need to talk to about setting up a appointment.
Why is this service not open. Every other business had to reopen with precautions . Why is this service not available? On line services do not work . No one is going to mail you there original driver’s license and birth certificate. Just to get a copy of a card you have to have. Please contact your state representative to make them aware and try to get this Government service to reopen.
This office was absolutely amazing in helping resolve some major issues. Ms. Epsy was extremely professional, kind and so very patient. She soothed all our anxieties with her committed assurance that she would do all she could to help. I could feel her spirit through the phone. She along with Mr. Major truly exemplify true professionalism and humility. I am so comforted knowing that they are working in a capacity to help others. If I could give 10 starts I would. They are absolutely the best. Thank you so very much and may God continue to bless you all.
Very helpful, thank you
Thanks for saving my life and making my life worth living

Hey, this is Ra'mya and I was wondering could I talk to someone about my Social Security Benefits
I have called 7 times today and the phone rang until I was cut off. There is no answering machine/service to leave a message to make an appointment. How do you make an appointment if you can't leave a message? So, I called the 800 number and have been on hold forever!
