Reading your reviews I see the security guard is your biggest problem & I totally agree. I am the only one he said anything to bout being on cell phone, as soon as I was seated women up in front of me on hers he said nothing to her & she was talking loud enough I know his old hateful self heard as well as I did. I said something to nice lady that waited on me she said cause people set bombs off with cells & I can see that being serious worry for all employees & public. But if you going to say something to one say to all, sign should be outside saying no cell beyond this point but there is nothing but no smoking sign. He came back seconds later as I was hanging up & being even a bigger jerk.

Been to this office 4 times and been treated well each time: courteous, respectful, and helpful. Dealing with the Public will make you rude at times, so I'm sure these folks have difficult days at best. Appreciate them.

I wanted to say that my visit yesterday was horrible. The woman I had was very rude, arrogant, treated me at 69 years of age like I was a two year old, shook her head in disgust several times and kept asking me ' Do You understanding ' like I was either stupid or deaf. I am retiring as a Nursing Supervisor I found this very insulting, unkind and not called for. If she does not like her job than maybe she needs to find something else or she should be replaced. Sign up for Social Security is a very hard, confusing situation for most people and they should be treated with the utmost respect. The person I spoke with on the phone to make the appoint was far more pleasant than this lady was. I am gonna further this by getting in touch with the highest person who hires these people because I do not want to let her have a license to humiliate or treat anyone else like this. She did not address me with her name but believe I could point her out in a heart beat. I am able to give a full description in detail trust me. I had hope this was going to be an easy transition not a night mare . I hope that you will get to the bottom of this and I certainly do feel I deserve an apology. Thank you I hope to hear back from you as I plan to go as high up as I have to assure that someone else will not have to go threw what I had to
