I have been calling and calling with no luck in getting through to someone. Calling the 866 number, I'm on hold for a while, then it rings, and then it seems like it's picked up, but it's just silent for as long as I'm willing to sit there. Calling the 800.772 number, it's just indefinite hold with the recorded voice occasionally coming on and saying 'sorry you have to wait so long'. Why is it like this? What are they doing in the office?
I've been trying to call for weeks. Nobody ever picks up the phone and if they do they give me wrong information. Requested several callbacks from 'my agent' which at this point I'm sure doesn't even exist.
I have been on this phone line and have been sent to a ringer and then hung up on four times.
Hello, I’m wondering if I can check my birth of date that registered in my SSN
Hi and thank you for sending me my social security card. The issue is, I never got my Birth Certificate, Passport or drivers license back through the mail but you obviously received my documents that prove my identity, otherwise you wouldn't have sent my social security card. I am getting really, really concerned.
I need an appiontnment ASAP. i have got benfits but there in NY i just moved to AZ. the benifits in are over 4,000 i need ASAP im struggling for money right now.
The lady I spoke to was Very nice. However, I wave been requesting my new Medicare card for over six months. Was told once that there were not enough boxes to put in my full street address. Have been told it was sent to right address and returned. And several times as today, I was told I had requested it in less than thirty days but she could not tell the date I requested it. Doctors offices are starting to question why I don’t have it.
Give me you number the one in Tucson please
I called December 31, 2019 Just to let you know I've been in the work force for 40 + years. I called for information, one of your representatives was rude and tried to say that I was yelling, then proceeded to hang up in my face and never assisted me, just got my information. Listen to your call, I know they're recorded. But I know that the bottom line is, nothing will be done because your representatives disrespect people on the daily.
How can you not have a direct number? How is it that I have to go through a lengthy process on the phone to find out you don't have a direct number? Then I have to go through this lengthy process (including 2 minutes of fraud related info) *again* in order to request an appointment. Do you consider this customer service? I surely don't! Then go through *I'm not a robot* this verification process that everyone has figured out a better way to do. Do you get lots of emails from robots?
