When will offices open up I need change my last name
Is the office open to public yet?
I need to schedule an in-person appointment to change the last name after divorce. I've sent in the required documents and had them returned to me on multiple occasions. This has been going on since August. I've tried multiple times to get ahold of staff on the phone to schedule an appointment with no luck.
Very rude customer service.
your people are not friendly
Need to talk to a representative about my social security number. keep getting calls about my number and I haven't received my stimulus check yet.
I mailed in an application applying for a new social security card for our adopted daughter due to the office being closed. They received everything and let it sit for so long without doing anything the documents deleted themselves in the system, or so I was told by the representative. And they want me to mail in all original documents, again. This is why the office needs to be open to do this.
I received excellent service from the representative In changing my direct deposit information. The phone was making an awful noise but the gentleman was kind and patient with helping me.
I am needing to change my name on my SScard due to a divorce. Everything I’ve read says to call and make an appointment (due to Covid), BUT guess what?I can’t get anyone on the phone and when I do call and try to talk to someone the phone cuts off. I would prefer not to mail my original/ certified documents.
I am needing to set up an appointment to change my last name but when I call the number I cannot get in touch with anyone.
I dont have any paper work except my driver license. I lost all of that when my house flooded multiple times. What steps do I need to take to get a new social so I can open a bank account?
Ive called several times and talked to a representative and then she hung up on me
How do i make a appt. to change my last name since I recently got married ?
I recently gained my citizenship. I need to update my social security card. Is there a way I am able to do that online? Or would I need to make an appointment. Thanks for your time
I have contacted this phone number six times and have been hung up on. One time a lady said 'Oh Hell!!' and hung up on me. Most of the time I broke in on conversations already happening and they could not hear me.
Is Tyler location open to public for social security card replacement?
How can I get a replacement card? I’m in Tyler Texas and am trying to get into a surgeon for my back. I’m getting help through a rehab place and need my social security. It was stolen.
Will I receive a stimulus check? When.
I would like an appointment for a ReDo on my social security, I retired at 62, but went back to work. I am now 79 and would like to see if my payment could be increased as I am thinking retirement again
Im trying to obtain my social security card
I continue to get robo calls from 1 903 705-7116 saying that the Social Security office wants me to know i've been hacked. My MIS guy says to ignore it, but you should know it is being done under your nose from the aforementioned #. You should track this down via FBI and have them shut the group down if it is a scam.
