They don't pick up the phone. Last time I went by there they were closed due to covid about 4 months ago but people are in there and they still can't pick up the phone.
I need a new Social security card & need to know how much it will be..
I have been calling the office and no answer. I need to know how can I get a replacement social security card?
The lady I spoke with was very rude had an attitude. You don’t need to work in customer if you’re gonna be impolite or dislike helping others.
I call the Valdosta SS office today on behalf of my elderly mother in law. I talked with Tess and she was very kind, patient, and helpful to answer our questions. She said we needed to fill out an application via a phone call. She signed us up for an appointment and Amy Watts called us back at the appointed time. She was also great and helpful. Kudos to Valdosta’s SS office staff!
Mrs.Watts is the BEST worker there. She listened to my problem that I have been having for 6 weeks and fixed it. All the others workers needs to be trained by Mrs.Watts. If I could send her a gift basket of all her favorite things and protect her and her family from the Corona virus I would. She is TRULY an angel sent to earth. SHE NEED A RAISE NEVER LET HER GO!!!!
Why do you people not understand, not everyone has a computer or a smart phone. Some people have disabilities dealing with mental issues and have no choice but to talk to a person in person. You don’t make appointment, you don’t return calls but your quick to stop benefits without even an explanation. Don’t you people know we are just trying to survive on that meager 800 per month
