How do I obtain another copy of mine and my husbands 2021 SS tax documents for filing our taxes? I cannot find our originals.
I called to ask about scheduling an appointment in Victoria, Texas. Was on hold for 34 minutes before someone answered. Lady asked a couples questions and the was disconnected!! Is there a local phone I can call to get assistance?
Need replacement for my son and I .
Might as well shut Victoria's social security office down because they are the most useless group of individuals I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will be applying for a job as a representative so that i can get paid for not sending out paper work, not calling back people in need, but mostly ; i would just like to be paid for being incompetent. Repeatedly ignored our request for a call back and status updates, it is beyond me how this office goes unchecked and is in desperate need of an investigation into its functionality. 120% disappointed in the way Victoria SSA is helping their mentality handicapped community.
Not helpful at all refused to set an appt because i didnt qualify, very rude. They still get paid but wont see or help anyone. Waste of time.
Very helpful. Thank you so much
After I had explained that I would be fired in 8 working days if I had not submitted my documents for a new SS CARD an employee at the Victoria Texas branch told me that I could send my documents to any social security office and that any of the offices was able to complete this process for me. Just like if I show up at a name bank, any of that brand of bank will offer and complete the same services. So I sent Victoria office my documents instead of San Antonio. After the very specific instructions of not to fold my ORIGINAL marriage certificate, birth certificate, drivers license - they folded up all of my documents and mailed them back to me and told me to go to a closer ssoffice in my city- thanks for wasting my time and losing my job.
Helpful, friendly, quick service and answers. We are very fortunate to have our own office in Victoria
i need to reapply for disablity benefits
