I need a income verification. Can I come in office to pick up income verification?
I left a review on Google and am leaving one here too. I had been dreading coming in because the last time I did was not a good experience. That was in San Luis Obispo many years ago. But this time I was blessed to be able to see Alejandra. She was awesome! Super helpful, very informative, and a wonderful demeanor. And, I was able to get my replacement card in literally five minutes! Alejandra is a wonderful representative for what can sometimes be a daunting task for the public. Thank you Alejandra.
I need to know exactly which documents I need from the clerks office for my name change.
I will like to apply for social security benefits

I need to replace my social security card as soon as possible. I am trying to take a picture of my Ca Driver License on the website for Social Security and every time I take a picture on my smart phone and it scans but says it can not process. I live in Orosi and close by. Do I need to come in the Visalia office to order a new SS card? If so please let me know the process. Thank You
On hold for 30 min. While on hold after 25 min I called on different phone and got through and taken care of while still on hold with the first operator who put me on hold. How does that happen?
The phone is always busy.

I would like to tell people what a great experience i had going to the Visalia Social Security Office The lady who helped me was named Angela Childress. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about problems. She explained everything clearly and helped me solve my issues. I hope she is recognized by her supervisors for her great work.
I would like to set up a time to go in & apply for a new card
I would like to make an appointment to come and speak to someone in person in the Visalia CA office located on Nobel Avenue Visalia ca
HORRIBLE! !!! They told me I had to come in and pick up a form, when I got there, they made me wait 2 hrs! Then it turns out they dont have the form they told me to get They have to mail it to you! They were supposed to call me 4 times now. I had appointments for these calls. And NO CALLS!!!!
It makes no sense to have to incur an extended wait on the phone simply to make an appointment. An option on the website makes great sense. The California DMV has this option as do many other public agencies. Please consider making this option available ASAP to better serve your funders.
